We are conveniently located at the heart of Lee County. We are just a short drive from Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres, North or South Fort Myers.

We are close to the Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre in the Royal Palm Shopping Centre. The center provides ample parking, and wide child-safe sidewalks. Parents can conveniently zip into Publix for a few items during the lesson, and reward their student's progress with McDonald's or Subway.

5. What are lesson rates like?

Less than you might think!

Weekly private lessons are only $130 for four 30 minute lessons. For serious students we also offer 45 and 60 minute lessons, as well as lessons multiple times a week.

There are no large upfront costs, just the first month tuition and a small $35 registration fee.

Some other studios charge by the semester up front, we only charge in four week increments, with no long term contract.

6. What kind of lessons do you provide?

Whether you are looking for traditional classical piano lessons, or want to learn to play popular music, we have a teacher for you. In addition to piano and organ lessons we also instrument and voice lessons. Thus enabling busy parents to provide lessons for their entire family all at one place, with simultaneous lessons.

7. What's your staff like?

We've handpicked our staff so that your student's teacher has the right personality and teaching style that works for them. Our teachers are college educated with degrees in music and education, are performing musicians, and have loads of experience teaching. We have teachers that excel in teaching children, and others that only teach adults.

8. Can I purchase sheet music from Jay & Kay's Studio?

We are proud to have the largest selection of printed music and lesson books in Southwest Florida covering most musical abilities and styles.

9. What instruments will the student learn on?

Our large studios are stocked with high quality instruments. Our electronic instruments are state-of-the-art, insuring your student is well prepared to enter a collegiate music school, or a career as a performing musician.

10. How will my student be reviewed?

Every parent wants to know how their child is doing, and if they are progressing musically. We start by creating a custom lesson plan for each student based on their musical tastes and long term goals. Every three months a review session is held with the student. For successfully completing the review students earn a bracelet and a certificate that are awarded on the spot! At major milestones they are awarded with nice trophies as well.

Here we will review the student's progress as well as the student and parent's expectations for the upcoming semester. If required we can make changes to the course of study, home practice, and maybe change teachers.

11. Is there a way to track student's performance?

We offer the Musical Ladder system FREE to all our students. Four time a year students can earn cool wristbands, certificates, and trophies as they advance to the next level! If you choose, we can send you a complimentary email after each lesson reviewing the results of the weekly practice, and next week's assignment. We believe that the more involved the parents are with weekly practice, the faster the child learns.

12. Twenty-Four hours a day, 7 days a week contact with the school!

The Parent Portal allows you to contact the school at your convenience with no waiting for the school to open, and no busy signals! With the parent portal, you can ask a question of the teacher,  cancel or reschedule a lesson, book your makeups, change the day or time for the lesson(s), and even change the teacher! All from the comfort of your couch!
